Yasha Sterling is a senior digital and technology leader specializing in SEO, AI-enabled transformation, and digital product management, currently serving as Senior eChannel Program Manager at ComEd, an Exelon company. She is known for leading cross-functional initiatives that modernize digital services in the regulated energy and utilities sector, balancing innovation with compliance and customer trust.
Known as “The TechKnowledgey TeacHER,” she leads Search Marketing, Digital Products, and STEM and Diversity initiatives at ComEd. She has managed over $950K in ad spend and contributed to more than $11M in business impact, with digital strategies that have generated over $2M in revenue. Her work focuses on turning digital insights into scalable growth and improved customer experiences.
At ComEd, Yasha drives SEO and AI modernization by building AI-ready content systems, strengthening technical foundations, and establishing governance and Center of Excellence models to scale digital innovation responsibly. These efforts have improved engagement, self-service adoption, and operational efficiency.
Beyond her role, she is passionate about increasing access to technology careers for girls of color through mentorship and advocacy. She holds a BA from Jackson State University, an MBA in Marketing, and a Master of Applied Computer Science from Saint Xavier University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Technology Innovation.
