Experience in business development, sales, and marketing has enabled her to navigate and scale complex ventures while always keeping a people-first approach at the core.

Born and raised in Kuwait and now based in Dubai, his leadership journey has been deeply shaped by both Eastern values and Western dynamism. As the Founder & CEO of The Forttuna Group, he leads a fast-growing multi-vertical enterprise with interests across awards, entertainment, AI, mentorship, and digital storytelling.
At the heart of his career is a simple yet powerful belief: business is about people.
This people-first philosophy has fueled initiatives like the Forttuna Global Excellence Awards, now recognized across 100+ countries as a beacon of integrity, merit, and impact-driven recognition. From hosting The FFTB Show, a docu-series that features global changemakers, to nurturing next-generation entrepreneurs through Gen-E and the Forttuna Startup Excellence Program, his work spans sectors but stays rooted in one mission: to empower voices and scale impact.
His journey has been marked by diverse achievements. He’s a Stanford Seed Consultant, a Forbes Business Council Member, a three-time TEDx Speaker, and a Global Business Consultant. Insights on entrepreneurship, leadership, and resilience have resonated with audiences across continents—whether speaking at conferences, leading boardroom discussions, or mentoring young founders over coffee.
Most recently, Raul’s leadership has extended into the sphere of international policy and development. In 2025, he was appointed as a Special Envoy at the Permanent Observer Mission of WSA to the United Nations. This appointment reflects not just his growing global influence but also his commitment to tackling critical challenges like water access and sanitation infrastructure across Africa and the Global South.
Currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration, he is also working on his debut book, sharing lessons drawn from personal challenges, business pivots, and global travels. Whether addressing a Fortune 500 audience, guiding a startup, or contributing to United Nations-level policy discussions, he remains deeply committed to leading with authenticity, strategic foresight, and human connection.
