Shann Jones MBE is an author, entrepreneur, and internationally recognized thought leader whose work brings together storytelling, leadership, neuroscience, and natural health innovation. She is the founder and director of Chuckling Goat, a wellness company known for its science-backed approach to gut health and natural healing. What began at her farmhouse kitchen table in rural Wales has grown into an internationally respected brand focused on microbiome health and holistic wellbeing.

Originally from the United States, Shann began her professional journey as a radio talk show host and Pulitzer-nominated journalist before relocating to the United Kingdom in 2003. Her entrepreneurial path emerged from a deeply personal experience when her son became seriously ill and conventional treatments failed to provide lasting solutions. Turning to traditional kefir fermentation using milk from her own goats, she witnessed significant improvements in his health, inspiring the creation of Chuckling Goat.

Under her leadership, the company has received numerous awards for innovation and health solutions, and Shann was awarded an MBE in the King’s New Year Honours List for Services to Innovation and Charity.
