Sailaja Kotra-Turner is an accomplished technology and cybersecurity executive with more than 20 years of experience leading global IT teams across operations, enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, infrastructure, and security. Over the course of her career, she has built extensive expertise in cybersecurity strategy, security engineering, operations, identity management, and security awareness, helping organizations strengthen resilience in increasingly complex digital environments.

She currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Global Infrastructure and Operations at Brown-Forman, where she leads the teams responsible for securing, operating, and supporting the company’s global technology ecosystem. In this role, she oversees cybersecurity governance, threat and risk management, infrastructure reliability, operational resilience, and the continuous improvement of the controls and capabilities that protect systems and networks worldwide.

Known for her strategic leadership and operational excellence, Sailaja plays a key role in ensuring the organization maintains a strong security posture while supporting innovation, scalability, and business continuity across its global footprint.

She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer & Systems Engineering from Andhra University in Visakhapatnam, India, and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
