Nidhi Chadda is a generalist growth investor and advisor across public and private markets. She is the Founder and CEO of Enzo Advisors, a global sustainability consulting practice focused on helping private, small, and mid-cap companies embed sustainability strategies into their operations to drive financial impact. She also works closely with institutional investors, family offices, and allocators across asset classes to integrate sustainability policies and frameworks into investment processes. Enzo Advisors operates at the nexus of finance, strategy, and technology, using a holistic qualitative and quantitative approach to help clients mitigate risk and unlock value creation through sustainability initiatives.

She is also the Chief Impact Officer at Richmond Global Sciences (RGS), where she focuses on building and executing business strategies aligned with market and customer insights, with emphasis on thematic model portfolio construction solutions linking financial criteria to environmental and social impact drivers.

Prior to launching Enzo Advisors, Nidhi was a Portfolio Manager at RBC Global Asset Management, where she led ESG integration across investment processes for a $3 billion portfolio across three funds. She also serves on advisory boards and investment committees across angel networks and venture funds.

Nidhi has been featured in CNBC, Forbes, ESG Clarity, Venture Capital Journal, and other global platforms, and speaks regularly at investor conferences across the US, UK, and UAE. She has also taught ESG, sustainability, decarbonization, emerging climate technologies, and climate risk modeling at the Southern Gas Association.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Benjamin Franklin and Joseph Wharton Scholar and received the Dean’s Award for Innovation.
