Laura S. Livers is the Chief Revenue Officer at Intouch Insight, where she leads sales, marketing, and operations with a focus on transforming how global brands measure and improve customer experience. With over 40 years of experience in market research and data collection, she is recognised for her ability to bring the “voice of the customer” into strategic boardroom decision-making.
She began her career at Shop ’n Chek, the world’s largest mystery shopping company, where she rose to President and CEO, managing national programs for leading global brands. She later served as CEO of Focus Pointe Global and held senior executive roles at Schlesinger Group and SeeLevel HX before joining Intouch Insight in 2021, a CX solutions company supporting multi-location businesses in achieving operational excellence.
Laura has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies and is a frequent speaker at major industry forums, including the QSR Evolution Conference and the Pizza Power Forum, where she shares insights on brand performance and customer experience trends. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of West Georgia and has been recognised as a Titan 100 and one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Atlanta for 2025. Based in Atlanta, she is also a dedicated mentor and advocate for diversity in business intelligence and leadership.
