Helen Kagan, PhD, is a scientist, psychologist, healer, author, artist, and internationally recognized pioneer in the field of HealingArts™. For more than 30 years, she has dedicated her work to integrating expressive arts, fine art, and healing practices to support emotional wellbeing, recovery, and transformation. As a complex-PTSD survivor, her mission has been deeply rooted in helping individuals heal through creativity, positive energy, and mind-body-spirit connection.
Helen vibrant and multidimensional HealingArts™ creations have been showcased internationally across galleries, exhibitions, publications, and global art platforms. Her work has received multiple awards and recognitions, including being named a “Collectible Artist,” and featured in leading international magazines focused on leadership, wellness, art, and innovation.
A bestselling author of 11 books, including collaborations with renowned thought leaders Jack Canfield and Jim Britt, Helen also contributes regularly through her column “Choices & Us” in international publications. She is currently developing new ventures that combine fashion, design, healing, and art through her Wearable HealingArts® concept, bringing healing-centered artistic experiences into everyday life.
Through her work across healthcare, hospitality, residential wellness, and creative industries, Dr. Kagan continues advancing her mission of making healing through art more accessible while promoting wellbeing, joy, and emotional transformation globally.
