Celeste Warren is a globally recognized diversity, equity, and inclusion strategist, TEDx speaker, author, and transformational leader with nearly 30 years of experience driving organizational change within Fortune 100 environments. She previously served as Vice President and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, where she led the company’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Center of Excellence for over a decade, advancing enterprise-wide strategies focused on equity, inclusion, leadership development, and cultural transformation.


Following her retirement from corporate leadership, Celeste founded Celeste Warren Consulting, LLC, where she advises organizations on building inclusive cultures, equitable systems, and sustainable strategies that create measurable business and social impact. Her work is centered on helping leaders move beyond performative initiatives toward meaningful and lasting change.


Celeste is also the co-founder of Destination STEM, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved students and students of color pursuing education and careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.


An internationally sought-after speaker and published author, Celeste recently released her second book, *The Truth About Equity: What It Really Is, What It Isn’t, and Why Everyone Wins When We Get It Right*. She currently serves on multiple nonprofit and advisory boards and continues to shape global conversations around equity, leadership, and inclusive growth.
