Founder & Director, Adventum Wealth
Bio
Rajanya Ravasia is a cross-border real estate and wealth management specialist with over 25 years of experience in structuring, acquiring, and managing residential property investments for global investors. He is the Founder of Adventum Wealth, a UK-focused real estate investment and advisory platform serving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and distribution partners across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, and Co-Founder of Mutual Capital, a rent-to-buy investment solution.
He began his career in 1997 within a large family-owned real estate group in Mumbai, where he led the consolidation of complex, multi-owner landholdings into development-scale assets. This work supported large-scale regeneration and infrastructure-led development in partnership with leading developers and government-backed initiatives, combining institutional execution with disciplined risk management.
Since founding Adventum Wealth in 2013, Rajanya has focused on delivering structured UK residential investment solutions with an emphasis on leverage optimisation, regulatory compliance, and consistent investor outcomes. The platform operates across the full investment lifecycle, including acquisition, financing, furnishing, letting, and asset management, designed to create scalable and income-generating exposure for global investors.
His investment philosophy prioritises capital preservation, disciplined leverage, and predictable cash flow over speculative returns. He is widely recognised for bridging international capital with UK housing demand and aligning financial returns with long-term demographic fundamentals.
He has received multiple international honours in finance, economics, and entrepreneurship and continues to work closely with global distribution partners, private banks, and intermediaries to structure compliant and high-quality real estate investment solutions
