Dawn Reynolds Pettit is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Rush Street Gaming, LLC, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across the gaming, hospitality, and healthcare industries. She leads enterprise-wide people strategy across multiple casino properties and corporate operations, focusing on talent development, organizational culture, employee engagement, and long-term business performance.

Dawn’s passion for leadership development and lifelong learning began early in her career while earning her master’s degree in Organizational Communications from Purdue University Northwest, where she also taught communication courses as an adjunct instructor. Since entering the gaming industry in 2001, she has become a respected executive leader and advocate for advancing women in leadership roles within traditionally male-dominated industries.

Throughout her career, Dawn has championed mentorship, professional growth, and community impact. At Rush Street Gaming, she has led the development of employee enrichment initiatives including scholarship programs, student debt repayment support, leadership training platforms, and expanded community outreach efforts.

Her leadership has earned numerous recognitions, including the OnCon Top 50 HR Professionals Award and the Caesars Entertainment Excellence in Leadership Award. Dawn is also a certified Lean In Moderator and Culture Instructor, holds a senior human resources management certification, and is the author of the published book *The Highmore Circle*.
