Faria Arsh is a multi-award-winning CEO, entrepreneur, best-selling author and international speaker whose work is transforming support for autistic and disabled individuals and their families.

As Founder and CEO of Autism Foundation C.I.C., Faria combines professional expertise with deeply personal lived experience. An ADOS-2-trained assessor specialising in autism, communication and behavioural analysis, she is also the mother of a daughter with severe autism, ADHD, severe learning disabilities and epilepsy. This unique perspective has enabled her to identify critical gaps in conventional support and develop practical, person-centred solutions that create meaningful change.

Faria is the author of the award-winning Toilet Training for Autistic & SEND Children and Adults, from which she developed specialist training programmes for parents, carers and professionals. Her work has supported families internationally, with the Autism Foundation reporting more than 1,000 success stories. She also delivers autism and behavioural training, professional education, advocacy and community-based support, including seminars within specialist educational settings.

Her contribution to autism and disability support has earned national and international recognition, including the Leading Lights of the Year award at the 2025 British Muslim Awards and recognition in Dubai.

Faria’s vision now extends beyond education and training. Through the Autism Foundation, she is working towards developing high-quality care facilities for autistic and disabled people, with a focus on dignity, independence, safety and quality of life.
