Elton A. Hollis, III, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hol-Tech Resources LLC, Vice President of RT Technical LLC, and Co-Founder of the Golden Triangle Industrial Group, three roles bound by one conviction: industry is built by people, and people deserve to come home whole.

His career began with Mason Construction in Beaumont, Texas, and he credits that beginning for much of what followed. Mason operated with a culture of taking care of people, treating a craftsman’s time, safety, and dignity as non-negotiable. Hollis absorbed this as a standard rather than a slogan. Combined with the work ethic instilled by his family, it set the foundation for his career: show up, do it right, and never let anyone pay for your shortcut.

Based in Port Arthur, Texas, Hollis works across pipeline and facility construction, structural insulated panel building systems, industrial facility delivery, technical services, and workforce and safety training along the Gulf Coast energy corridor. He serves as 2026 Chairman of the Board of the BBB Southeast Texas Education Foundation and as President of the Port Arthur Education Foundation, reflecting his belief that a region’s industrial future is decided in its classrooms long before it reaches a job site.

Hollis is quick to say that the résumé is not his alone. He credits the superintendents who corrected him without embarrassing him, the craftsmen who taught him that respect is earned at the tailgate meeting, and the mentors and clients who backed him on a handshake and a hunch. He particularly credits Travis Woods and Joe Tant for steadily balancing out the chaos with wisdom, while acknowledging that none of the juggling, or the joy in it, would be possible without the unwavering support of his family and close circle of lifelong friends.

Among his greatest joys is watching his son, Tyler Hollis, now with both Hol-Tech Resources and RT Technical, come into his own in the industry. His vision forward is simple: strengthen the Golden Triangle by investing in the people who will inherit it.
