Co-Founder & CEO, Tashi Network
Bio
Long before he was building deep-tech infrastructure, Amar Singh Bedi was systematically decoding how complex systems operate under pressure; from corporate balance sheets to global mobility networks. Trained as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he launched his professional journey in corporate finance at KPMG before expanding his operational scope within his family’s real estate enterprise. Recognizing that true leverage lay in transformative technology, he pivoted to hyper-growth tech ecosystems where software could reshape human connection and commerce.
During leadership roles at Uber and Grab, Amar navigated scaling across global markets, witnessing how digital infrastructure can empower millions daily, which propelled him directly into entrepreneurship. Amid the global disruptions of COVID-19, he co-founded AVA, a global talent platform that connected freelancers with global earning opportunities. Driven by an early conviction in decentralization and autonomous systems, he then co-founded Tashi Network - a deep-tech venture pioneering protocol-level coordination for autonomous drones and robotics.
With a track record of securing substantial venture capital, driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth, and deploying solutions that impact millions, Amar’s career reflects a singular operational instinct: look past surface symptoms, identify the core structural bottleneck, and build the foundational architecture that lets ambitious systems hold together under pressure.
A member of the Forbes Business Council, Amar integrates high-stakes executive discipline with holistic well-being as a certified Yoga Instructor and certified Life Coach. He actively channels his experience back into the startup ecosystem, mentoring emerging founders and young minds to cultivate strategic resilience, vision, and long-term purpose.
