Alexander Dressler is a German entrepreneur, technology executive and international investor whose work spans Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He is the Founder and CEO of InBetween, an international software company specializing in automated product-content publishing and data-driven marketing communication.

Unlike many technology companies, InBetween was built without venture capital or institutional funding. Convinced that his vision could transform the industry, Alexander financed the company’s early years by taking a loan against his apartment and drawing on his pension fund. That decision represented a significant personal financial commitment and established a leadership philosophy that continues to guide him today: calculated risk-taking, long-term thinking and unwavering accountability.

Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Alexander has founded and built companies across four distinct legal systems and business cultures: InBetween Deutschland GmbH in Germany, InBetween Software Development Pvt. Ltd. in India, InBetween Innovation Ltd. in Cyprus, and Dressler & Naik Real Estate L.L.C. in Dubai. Building businesses across Europe, the Middle East and Asia has given him practical experience navigating diverse regulatory environments, ownership structures, labour markets and commercial cultures.

Rather than exporting one management model everywhere, Alexander believes successful international companies combine shared values with deep respect for local expertise and cultural differences. Beyond InBetween, he serves on the Supervisory Board of Y1 Digital AG and actively invests in technology and real estate. Today, he continues to build organizations that unite innovation with disciplined execution and sustainable long-term growth.
