Kirsten Sireci Renner is the Founder of Dynamic Talent Solutions LLC and HireSummit.io, an entrepreneur, author, and longtime cybersecurity community leader with more than 20 years of experience building teams, careers, and talent ecosystems.

Throughout her career, Kirsten has interviewed and hired thousands of professionals while helping organizations navigate rapid growth, transformation, and acquisition. Her experience includes supporting the strategic scale of multiple private equity backed technology companies through successful acquisitions, giving her a unique perspective on how people, process, technology, and community come together to enable business growth.

Today, through Dynamic Talent Solutions, Kirsten helps organizations build scalable talent ecosystems through strategy, process refinement, technology, and community driven hiring while continuing to connect exceptional people with meaningful careers.

Her impact extends deeply into the cybersecurity community. Kirsten co founded Car Hacking Village in 2015 and spent nearly a decade helping build and lead the organization before joining the ICS Village Board, where she supports operations and leads its Workforce Development initiative. She has delivered more than 50 presentations at industry conferences, including DEF CON, ShmooCon, and BSides events nationwide, and has led community hiring initiatives including BSidesLV HireGround and BSidesCharm Hiring Village.
