Tina Newsome-Lee, Esq., CPCU, is a seasoned legal executive and transformational leader with more than fifteen years of leadership experience across the insurance and legal services industries. She serves as Vice President and National Practice Lead at Travelers, providing strategic oversight for litigation operations nationwide and aligning legal strategy with enterprise objectives to drive consistent outcomes.

Previously, Tina founded and led the Law Offices of Tina Newsome-Lee, managing more than seventy-five attorneys and legal professionals across multiple locations. She built a high-performance culture grounded in engagement, accountability, and collaboration, while delivering operational efficiency and client value. One of her most impactful achievements was influencing senior executives to sponsor an Allyship Strategic Initiative, advancing equity and inclusion through cohort-based leadership engagement.

Earlier roles include Associate Managing Attorney, where she spearheaded an innovative litigation project that generated significant cost savings, and Team Leader, transforming case management practices and strengthening client relationships. Tina began her career in general practice firms, developing a strong foundation in trial strategy and litigation management.

Tina earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation, along with Toastmasters’ Competent Communicator credential. A published author and nonprofit board member, she has received honors.
