Tiffany Yu

Bio

Tiffany Yu is the CEO and Founder of Diversability, an award-winning social enterprise dedicated to elevating disability pride, and the Founder of the Awesome Foundation Disability Chapter, a monthly micro-grant program that has awarded over $100,000 to more than 100 disability projects across 17 countries. She is also the author of The Anti-Ableist Manifesto: Smashing Stereotypes, Forging Change, and Building a Disability-Inclusive World.


Tiffany serves on the FIFA World Cup 2026 Accessibility Advisory Board and the NIH National Advisory Board on Medical Rehabilitation Research. Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Accessibility 100 List, she has also co-chaired the World Economic Forum Sustainable Development Impact Summit.


At age 9, Tiffany became disabled due to a car accident that tragically took her father’s life. Her career began in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and expanded across Bloomberg and startups in media and real estate. Her TED Talk, “How to Help Employees with Disabilities Thrive,” has amassed over one million views, and her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Guardian, USA Today, Marie Claire, and Forbes.


A graduate of Georgetown University and the London School of Economics, Tiffany combines financial expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and advocacy to drive systemic change, empower the disabled community, and champion accessibility, inclusion, and equity worldwide.
