Prior to her appointment as Group Managing Director in December 2025, she held the role of Group Chief Operating Officer, where she played a pivotal part in driving expansion, operational efficiency, and elevated service standards across the group’s portfolio.

A trained lawyer with a strong multidisciplinary foundation, Morenike combines legal expertise with operational and technical acumen. She is a Certified Data Management Professional, a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, and trained in financial risk fundamentals.
