Monika Kaushal is a globally trained Consultant Neonatologist and Pediatrician with an exceptional record in clinical excellence, academic leadership, and neonatal service development. She currently serves as Head of Department – Neonatology and Medical Director at Emirates Hospital, DHCC, and is widely regarded as a key contributor to advancing neonatal care standards across the UAE.

An alumna of AIIMS New Delhi, PGIMER Chandigarh, and the University of Southampton (UK), she holds prestigious fellowships including FRCPCH (UK) and FNNF (India).
