Marva Bailer is a board director, CEO of Qualaix, author, three-time TEDx speaker, and doctoral candidate specializing in leadership and digital transformation. Her career spans two high-impact chapters across global technology and enterprise growth. At IBM, she led a billion-dollar team, and in senior roles at AWS, Splunk, and Twilio, she contributed to revenue exceeding $10B across Fortune 500, public sector, and regulated industries, advancing programs in cloud, AI, data, and cybersecurity while strengthening culture and customer experience.


In her current chapter, Marva brings that scale and strategic insight to the boardroom, advising CEOs and directors on governance, leadership, AI adoption, data-driven decision-making, cybersecurity awareness, and cultural alignment during transformation. She serves on nonprofit and private company boards, contributes to a NYSE-listed growth board, and has supported multiple startups through expansion and change.


A thought leader and communicator, Marva translates complex technology concepts into actionable insights.
