Lisa M. Hendrickson is an award-winning strategist and solutions architect whose career centers on transforming technological, environmental, and market disruption into sustainable growth opportunities. With more than twenty years of experience at the intersection of sustainability, innovation, and enterprise transformation, she has advised Fortune 50 companies, blue-chip organizations, and high-growth ventures on navigating accelerated change and achieving competitive advantage.
Most recently, Lisa served as Global Head of Partnerships for S&P Global Sustainable1, where she worked closely with some of the world’s most influential multinationals to advance sustainable business transformation during the transition to a low-carbon economy. Her leadership supported organizations in aligning strategy, data, and regulatory readiness with long-term value creation.
Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of HCC, a pioneering sustainable design and manufacturing firm in New York City, Lisa helped scale the company into one of the fastest-growing inner-city businesses in the United States. The organization earned multiple ICIC 100 awards, demonstrating that sustainability and operational excellence can drive profitability.
Lisa began her career in the early digital economy at Scient, the influential San Francisco consultancy, where she contributed to the launch of its organizational adaptation practice. She later founded and led strategy consultancies focused on digital transformation, design thinking, and operational excellence, advising Fortune 500 companies, cultural institutions, and emerging technology ventures.
She is co-author of Boom! Deciphering Innovation: How Disruption Drives Companies to Transform or Die and co-founder of Austin Sustainability Professionals, a platform advancing cross-sector collaboration. A TEDx and Inc. 500 speaker and NYSE panelist, Lisa is widely recognized for translating complexity into clarity and insight.
