Graham Morgan

Founder, FOOTBALLING BRAINS

Bio

Graham Morgan is a serial innovator and multi award winning social entrepreneur whose positively disruptive mindset has shaped a career across education, sport, neuroscience, and social impact. Driven by a lifelong passion for football and a determination to challenge convention, he has consistently reimagined how performance, learning, and human potential can be developed in meaningful and practical ways.

His journey began on school touchlines and grassroots pitches, where early experiences in football laid the foundation for a philosophy rooted in curiosity, creativity, and inclusion. This mindset later led him into global sports marketing, including work with adidas at FIFA World Cups, where he gained valuable insight into elite performance, brand influence, and innovation at the highest level of the game.

Graham spent nine years as a Graduate PE teacher, progressing early to become a top level FA Coach. During this time, he developed a reputation for elevating the abilities of players and pupils in ways that extended beyond traditional classroom learning. This success opened the door to a broader career in sport as an award winning sports developer, a pioneer of grassroots sports marketing, and a passionate social entrepreneur whose work has influenced thousands of young people and practitioners.

A defining moment in his career came through collaboration with Dr. Michael Merzenich, a world leading neuroscientist, reinforcing Graham’s belief that optimal performance is achieved through the integration of physical, emotional, and cognitive wellbeing. His latest venture, FOOTBALLING BRAINS, brings scientifically informed Mentored Brain Training into coaching environments, transforming performance and resilience by bridging neuroscience and football practice.
