As Founder and Chief Equity Strategist of The Equity & Elevation Collective, Dr. Brown advises universities, nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations on building inclusive cultures, reimagining student success, and aligning strategy with equity-focused outcomes. His expertise spans curriculum innovation, executive leadership development, accreditation strategy, and organizational change.
