Tyraa Nicole Caldwell, known professionally as Tyraa Nicole, is a dynamic entrepreneur, real estate expert, educator, and advocate for women empowerment. Born in Detroit, Michigan, she began her career in education and administrative roles before transitioning into real estate, where she has over 15 years of experience spanning sales, property management, and brokerage leadership. Tyraa obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2009 and Broker License in 2016, founding Tyraa Nicole Properties LLC and Tyraa Nicole Property Management LLC, through which she managed over 400 properties and led a team of agents, achieving $1.5 million in sales in 2021.

In 2022, she launched Tyraa Nicole LLC, focusing on real estate mentorship, training, and education, including the innovative Rentagade App, connecting renters with property owners. She also opened Tyraa Nicole Realtors, building a team to assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties.
