Prahlad Rai Inani is a seasoned healthcare finance and operations leader with more than twenty five years of experience across India, the United States, the Middle East, and Africa. A Chartered Accountant by training, he is recognized for building healthcare organizations that are financially resilient, digitally enabled, and designed for scalable growth while maintaining strong governance and access to care.

Throughout his career, Prahlad has held senior leadership roles across leading hospital groups, diagnostic networks, and multi country healthcare platforms. His positions include Chief Financial Officer at Ujala Cygnus Hospital Group, Oncquest Laboratories Limited, Shalby Limited, Cygnus Medicare Private Limited, and Africare Business Management and Ventures Limited, as well as Regional Director of Finance at VPS Healthcare in the UAE and Associate Vice President Finance and Accounts at Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited. In these roles, he has worked closely with boards and executive teams to shape enterprise wide financial strategy and long term value creation.

His expertise spans healthcare financial planning and analysis, treasury and working capital management, complex funding structures, IPO readiness, regulatory compliance, ESG and BRSR frameworks, revenue cycle optimization, and cost transformation. He is known for driving sustained EBITDA improvement through disciplined cost rationalization and supply chain efficiency, aligned with operational realities.

A key focus of Prahlad's work has been advancing rural and semi urban healthcare through Public Private Partnership models. He has contributed to the design and management of financially sustainable Primary and Community Health Centres, aligning government reimbursement with operational efficiency and quality standards.

He has also led large scale digital initiatives, implementing integrated HIS, LIS, ERP, CRM, business intelligence, and AI enabled analytics. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business and Harvard Medical School’s Leadership in Medicine program, Mr. Inani continues to advocate for value based, inclusive, and technology driven healthcare finance.
