Madhavi Rajan is a senior technology and product strategy executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth across AI, cloud, and infrastructure markets. She has held leadership roles at Fortune 50 companies, high-growth startups, and nonprofit organizations, with a consistent focus on shaping innovation that delivers measurable business results.

At Rackspace Technology, Madhavi leads Product Strategy and Business Operations for the Private Cloud business, working directly with the CEO to define and execute enterprise AI strategy. She oversees a global team of more than 800 employees, spanning product, engineering, go-to-market, finance, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment and execution at scale.

Previously, she served as Director of Business Acceleration at Intel, leading the company’s first SaaS acquisition and driving product-led growth across a $20 billion cloud and server portfolio, generating over $2 billion in incremental revenue.

Madhavi serves on the boards of Women in Big Data and contributes to Stanford Women on Boards and FirstBoard.io. She mentors global founders through the Stanford Seed network and frequently speaks on enterprise AI, platform leadership, and inclusive innovation.
