Born into poverty on a council estate in Hartlepool, Ian’s early life instilled resilience and determination. Refusing to let circumstances define him, he built one of the UK’s most respected personal training and wellness businesses from the ground up.

In 2025, Ian became the first personal trainer globally recognized alongside surgeons and cancer specialists at the Forttuna Awards in Dubai a historic milestone for the profession. A devoted son, his journey gained deeper meaning when his 97-year-old father recovered from serious illness just weeks prior to the awards.
