Currently, Dr. Ibrahim serves in a visionary leadership role at Springfield Learning Group, where Dr. Ibrahim leads competitive tender submissions and designs strategic go to market frameworks that align international innovation with regional education priorities. As a Founder and Board Member of the organization, Dr. Ibrahim oversees the full bidding lifecycle, financial modelling, and strategic planning for educational publishing and learning solutions across multiple markets.

Previously, as Regional Director for CAMENA at Springer Nature Group, Dr. Ibrahim managed major curriculum reform tenders across more than ten countries.
