Dr. Ignacio Bonasa Alzuria is a Spanish leader in talent, wellbeing, and transformational leadership, with a career bridging senior executive roles in banking and corporate strategy with a purpose-driven focus on human development and social impact. He is the Founder and Executive President of Liderarte (Madrid, Spain), where he integrates art as a transformative tool for learning and leadership through his proprietary Learning Through Art® methodology and the 4A model: Learning, Attitude, Soul, and Action.
Dr. Bonasa Alzuria serves as President of the European Association of Wellbeing, the European Association of Organizations with Soul, and the International Association “Turn the Table” (Dale la Vuelta a la Tortilla), a global initiative that transforms personal and collective pain into growth and resilience. He also leads as President of the Parliament of Latin American Leaders, fostering collaboration, leadership development, and social impact across Ibero-America.
An accomplished author, he wrote La Receta del Bienestar (The Recipe for Wellbeing) and continues to develop works on soulful leadership, purposeful organizations, and wellbeing as a strategic asset.
