Dr. Ahmed Mohsen Mohamed Sadek is an award-winning construction and infrastructure leader with over 13 years of progressive international experience across large-scale building, marine, and transportation projects in the Middle East. He currently serves as Construction Manager at China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC), a core subsidiary of China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. (CCCC), where he leads complex construction packages related to full island developments, airports, seaports, and critical coastal infrastructure in Abu Dhabi.

Working within one of the world’s most powerful engineering conglomerates ranked among the top global contractors Dr. Sadek plays a key role in delivering large-scale marine earthworks, managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating logistics, and overseeing contractor interfaces to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. His work contributes directly to nationally strategic developments that demand technical precision, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Previously, Dr. Sadek held senior leadership roles including Area Manager PMC & Supervision at Altorath International Engineering Consultants, where he managed multi-project portfolios covering infrastructure, buildings, quality assurance, HSE governance, and contractual performance. He has also worked closely with Abu Dhabi government entities such as Musanada and EWAA, supporting housing, facilities management, and humanitarian infrastructure programs.
