Brad Kolowich Jr. is a nationally recognized fitness entrepreneur, author, and high-performance coach known for redefining what long-term strength, health, and vitality can look like. As the founder of KoloFit Personal Training Studios, with premium locations in Atlanta and Lake Oconee, he has spent more than two decades helping thousands of clients build stronger bodies, sharper minds, and longer, better lives.

A published author with Human Kinetics, his book The Bodyweight Blueprint became a trusted resource for effective, accessible training. His upcoming work, The Longevity Engine™, expands this philosophy by introducing a strength-based operating system designed to support elite healthspan, extended lifespan, and what he defines as the “perfect human physique” without compromise.
