Elite College Hacker, Owner & Founder
Bio
Anthony Berryhill is the founder of Elite College Hacker, a premier consultancy that integrates championship debate strategy with corporate program management to democratize access to elite admissions and professional leadership. A specialist in high-performance communication, high-stakes interviewing, executive coaching, and global Learning & Development, he is a Project Management Professional (PMP), former instructional staff member at Harvard University, a Stanford University alumnus, and completed Ph.D.-level training at Yale University.
As a human capital architect, Anthony developed a proprietary, ethics-first and authenticity-forward methodology that reverse-engineers the hidden curriculum of elite institutions, transforming talent rather than privilege into opportunity. His admissions practice delivers an approximately 95 percent success rate across top-tier undergraduate, MBA, JD, and MD programs, with clients securing an average of $100,000–$150,000 in merit-based aid.
In the corporate arena, Anthony has operated at the strategic scale of Chief Learning and Employee Experience leadership. He previously served as a Vice President at PIMCO and as a learning leader at GLG, designing people development systems that reduce attrition and key-person risk while building inclusive, high-performance cultures.
A three-time National Champion Debate Coach, Anthony empowers executives and students to outthink institutional gatekeepers. Named “America’s Greatest Thinker” in 2018, his insights have been featured on National Public Radio, the National Speech and Debate Association, and leading technology and education platforms.
