Personal Quote:

If the General Counsel were to not completely understand the anatomy and its internal and external linkages of the corporate organism just as a doctor does of the human organism, its intricate anatomy, physiology and pathology, how will s/he be effective in prognosis and diagnosis and prescribe the right medications or interventions for the corporate organism, require preventive check ups and deploy preventive actions? - Amitabh Lal Das”
